Blown film is a technology that is the most common method to make plastic films. The plastic blown film process is the method that heating and melting of plastic particles, and then blown into thin films.

High Density Polyethylene(HDPE)and Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) are common materials for blowing film.  LDPE and  HDPE plastic material are mainly used as a film product. They are also  used in packaging industry, medical appliances, pharmaceutical and food packaging materials,Food Wrap Film, Packaging Bags.

Because of its excellent impact strength, puncture resistance, low temperature resistance. Especially, it can be made into a thin film, and the cost is low, so it is widely used in blown film.

Now let's Introduce our blown film process to you.

1. Add dry polyethylene particles to the hopper

2. Blown Film Extrusion Process. The friction between the plastic and the screw, the plastic and the barrel, as well as the collision friction between the particles,  it is also gradually dissolved due to the external heating of the cylinder. Melting plastic through the head filter to remove impurities from the mouth out.

3. The process involves extruding a tube of molten polymer through a die and inflating to several times its initial diameter to form a thin film bubble. which is ultimately cooled and collapsed.

4. Coiled by the traction roller and film winding.
